8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Muscled Digital Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless specifically restricted by a non-disclosure agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
